How can I book a session?
Kayla's Keys prides itself for being most convenient and accommodating. All sessions are virtual and are carried out via Microsoft Teams or your preferred video call platform. We apologize if virtual sessions are not an option, but this is the only form of tutoring that we offer at this time.

Where can a tutoring session take place?
Sessions are $35/hr with a one hour minimum. If the session needs to be more than three hours then a flat rate can be discussed.

How much does a session cost?
Is there a cancellation/reschedule policy?
Yes. Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the session is set to take place. If the cancellation is made after the 24 hour window, half of the price for the cancelled session will be charged onto the price of the student's next session.

If you prepay and cancel within 24 hours of the start of your session you will be fully refunded. If you cancel after the 24 hour window up until one hour before your session begins you will be refunded half of what you paid. If you cancel less than one hour before your session/after your session starts then you will not be fully refunded nor partially refunded.

The number of sessions depends on the amount of help that the student needs. The number of sessions can be determined after the level of concept understanding is evaluated in the first session.
How many sessions will a student need?
Typically students are able to get everything accomplished within 1 - 2 hours. If more time is needed then the appropriate accommodations will be made.

How long does a session take?
What happens if I prepay and I am late or I am
a no show for my session? Do I get a refund?

You will not receive a refund nor a partial refund for being late or a no show for your scheduled session. Unfortunately, Kayla's Keys must be compensated for the lost of business caused by your absence during your scheduled time.
